ReplyDeleteHi Karen. Sorry to hear it has been rough going there lately. I love those words of wisdom!!! So true! I have been making my own laundry detergent for a couple of years and love it! I made some dishwashing detergent from Pinterest and love that too. Also made some hand soap. Now I want to venture into making bars of soap!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy March to you!
So sorry to hear your February wasn't sunny...glad to hear things are looking up. LoVe your yo-yos! My son makes my homemade laundry detergent; he's a funny kid! (12 now, so don't know how long it'll last.) Take care, Stacy
ReplyDeleteLove this great post! Words of wisdom...lovely quilts...yummy recipes! How can ya beat it?? =) My hubby was in a 4-wheeling accident on Jan. 21 - was life flighted because blood was swelling in his face (he's been on coumadin for years) but has recovered miraculously. We have SO much to be thankful for. Neither of our gra'children, who were with him, were injured in the least. We all hit those 'speedbumps' sometimes..sure helps us to appreciate the smoother times in life huh? Hang in there - and keep sewing. WOW! You have beautiful creations.
ReplyDeleteSo glad everything turned out OK for your husband. Yes, we all need to stop and smell the roses.
